We've all had something unpleasant happen to us at some point. For some, troubles can happen right now and it turns out to be extremely painful to live through. In some situations, in order to make such events seem less unpleasant, it is enough to reduce the intensity of their experience. And this is quite easy to do with a simple technique that everyone actually knows. To understand, as an example, imagine a small branch of a deciduous tree you are familiar with. Imagine that you are standing very close to her and looking at her. On it, you can see a certain number of leaves. And for some unknown, mysterious reason, you can notice how several leaves came off and fell. However, in this case, it is important to focus on the branch itself. After you have looked at the fallen leaves, imagine how you begin to slowly move away from this very branch. Farther and farther. And now, you can notice that the branch turns out to be part of the whole tree. Against the background of a branch, a few torn leaves look quite noticeable, but against the background of the entire tree, a couple of the same missing leaves will not change the overall shape of the tree’s crown in any way. Then, you can move away even further and notice that the tree is part of the whole forest and now, against the background of the greenery of all the trees, the absence of a few fallen leaves is not noticeable at all. You can move away even further and now higher. This means that you can already notice how, in addition to the forest, you can see rivers, mountains, cities, countries, islands and even continents. And where these leaves fell is difficult to imagine. And it doesn’t matter, because it’s absolutely normal for the leaves to fall off from time to time. Looking at an unpleasant situation from this angle, as a rule, reduces its significance and allows you to consider further actions. This method also allows you to find the strength (if it is not enough) to take these same actions in order to achieve the desired goals and implement the desired plans. And by the way, fallen leaves can be an excellent fertilizer for the tree itself. So, any experience can be considered as positive and instead of suffering from fallen leaves, you can plant new trees, flowers, gardens and enjoy your labors. Now, by analogy, you can also try to look at your difficult situation under a different angle. And perhaps you will be able to see for yourself something greater than you were able to do before. I wish everyone an endless resource!)
