My clients and colleagues ask questions. Interesting questions. Important questions:1. How to accept everything that happens in the world? How to accept your stress? What can be done with it? In the world there is a constant struggle between major players for resources, power, influence, money, security. Every major player wants to get more and live better. He has the right. All this happens in conditions of very strong interdependence of countries and people from each other. We are all on the same submarine. And what happens at the level of major players affects everyone else, affects each of us. An ordinary person alone has almost no resources to influence the war that is taking place. His resources are only enough to earn money, take care of his family, and build a career. What is happening at the level of big players is perceived as uncontrollable, uncontrollable and gives rise to fear. And stress. And anxiety. You can manage such stress. Stress is a reaction to sudden changes in the external or internal situation. The mechanism of stress is an adaptation mechanism. It is very ancient. In the wild, there are several types of reactions to danger. They were called “fight-flight-freeze.” All three reactions are effective in their own way. You just need to choose the most suitable one. Here are some simple recommendations: 1. Enter information censorship. This means not taking in too much negative information from the news. Videos accompanied by emotional comments, despite their virtuality, force a person to truly, with all his guts, plunge into the thick of suffering, pain, fear and aggression. And every emotional reaction wastes our resource. Take care of yourself, do not watch rabid news 24 hours a day on 10 channels. This way you will avoid a mess in your head, as well as feelings of weakness and helplessness. To be healthy, you need to avoid drinking dirty water from a dirty puddle. How does it work? There is no external signal, there are no frightening images of explosions and shooting in your head, the sounds of sirens, children's screams, and your body reacts calmer. The body's resources are saved in case of real, not imaginary danger. If you want to be healthy, drink clean water.2. Sort the information. If, nevertheless, you become aware of something unpleasant, if you really encounter something unpleasant, you just need to ask yourself the question: can I influence this? If you can't influence it, just take it for granted. If you can influence, influence, prevent this unpleasant thing from happening. Do your best, it will at least calm you down. You can say to yourself with a clear conscience that on my part I did everything I could. If you can make the rain stop, do everything in your power and stop it. This works well for level 80 mages. If you are not a magician, but an ordinary person, and it is not in your power to stop the rain, you still have plenty of means to protect yourself from the flow of moisture. For example, a raincoat, rubber boots, an umbrella. You can, as an option, just sit at home and wait out the storm.3. If you failed to sort the information, and a virtual danger from the media and TV screens penetrated into your brain and carried out its useful-destructive work there, i.e. brought your whole body into a state of mobilization, anxious readiness to battle with danger, do not just leave it like that. Internal tension must be thrown out, expressed, or, as smart psychologists say, “reacted.” If you store mobilized adrenaline within yourself, it turns into a toxic poison that destroys the body from the inside. Therefore, it must be evacuated and removed from the body. Body and breathing techniques are very suitable for this, as well as grounding techniques and transformation of emotions through images. What exactly needs to be done? Shout. Stomp your feet. Hustle or beat pillows with your hands. Sports are very suitable. Breathing of dolphins too.4. Good forced return technique
