From the author: The article was published on the Time website... This is exactly what we women constantly lack. And when suddenly there seems to be a couple of free hours, or a day off, or a vacation, we again sorely miss it. There were a lot of things I wanted to do, but as a result, I didn’t get anything done. Sound familiar? For the first time this became a serious problem for me when I left my previous job and started doing what I loved. Consequently, I had a free schedule and managed my free time myself. In a word, everything that I have dreamed of for so long. My thoughts were something like this: “Finally! Now I will be able to read books that I have long wanted to read, I will watch new films, I will attend interesting psychological courses, I will write new trainings and articles for women, I will begin to pay more attention to my physical fitness, I will cook some new interesting dish every day, I will meet more often with friends, walking in nature, etc. And as soon as this very free time appeared at my disposal, all my plans began to simply collapse. Day after day passed quickly, and not one of the points I had in mind was fulfilled. Of course, this made me very upset. And I began to understand the reasons. Lack of a plan. In most cases, our day is planned not by ourselves, but by strangers or circumstances. Let's say you work from 8 am to 5 pm, after 5 pm you pick up your child from kindergarten, at 7 pm you have English courses, etc. Everything - the day is planned. Or rather, it has been largely planned out for you, and you follow this plan. A completely different situation arises when time falls entirely under your control. Sometimes in this case the woman is simply lost. She is so used to everything being scheduled by the hour that it becomes difficult for her to cope with the “huge baggage” of free time. The main thing is to manage your wealth correctly! In fact, time is a huge wealth. And a lot depends on how a woman knows how to manage it. To manage everything, you first need to plan everything correctly! So, your actions: 1. To begin with, get yourself a beautiful notebook or notebook and in the evening write down point by point everything that you would like to do tomorrow. Starting from what time you wake up and what time you go to bed.2. Next to each item, write down the approximate time during which you plan to perform this or that action.3. Be sure to include at least three women's things on your list, the so-called “things for yourself.” For example, cook a delicious dish, go for a manicure, learn a new knitting technique, dance, make yourself a mask, take a fragrant bath, etc. In short, everything you like to do.4. Start executing your plan in the morning. After each completed planned action, put a tick next to it, or draw a flower.5. In the evening, conduct an analysis of what was accomplished and what was not.6. Think about what things distracted you? What prevented you from completing this or that item? Who or what can help you achieve your daily goals? Over time, this process will become automated. You will learn to properly plan your day, without notes and marks. Things will go easier, more fun, faster. And, most importantly, they will bring you pleasure. PS: How do you plan your time? Are you able to do this easily and profitably?
