Power over oneself is the highest power, enslavement to one’s passions is the most terrible slavery.⠀Seneca⠀As they say, the expectation of death is worse than death itself. But we have no choice but to wait, which in itself plunges some into panic and chaos, and makes others angry and irritated. In both cases, emotional tension grows and the desire to relieve this tension does not always find an adequate way out. What to do when there is a feeling of crisis and cries of “boss, everything is lost”, “we are all going to die!” are attacking and there is no longer any way to fight back within yourself?⠀First, I suggest replacing the feeling of fear with curiosity. And the phrase: “I’m even scared to think what will happen next!!!” can be replaced with the phrase: “I wonder what will happen next?!” This is exactly what Andrei Konchalovsky proposed most recently, to observe and describe his experiences at the time of the World Crisis. After all, this has never happened before. We didn’t have the chance to sail on the Titanic, but we are taking part in the pandemic.⠀Secondly, it would be nice to retire more often in order to hear the voice of your own intuition, what will it tell you? It is also very important, without succumbing to general panic, to be congruent with yourself and your mood. It’s not for nothing that the meditation technique helps a person tune in to his essence and strength.⠀Thirdly, if your intuition says that everything will be bad, then you need to scroll through the worst scenario in your head and put on the shelves everything you can do to mitigate inevitable evil. There must definitely be this ill-fated plan B, set out on paper.⠀Fourth, to form a plan B, start looking for external resources. Who or what will help you if you are unable to do it yourself.⠀Fifthly, our life is cyclical, so everything that happens now has already happened to someone. And even if the scale of the current catastrophe seems unimaginably huge, something similar has naturally already occurred before with some frequency. This means that this is already familiar to humanity, somehow people have already dealt with this before, which means this problem has at least been studied, although it has new outlines and a name.⠀If you are interested in talking about the crisis and self-control in more detail, come to the Soul Conversation tomorrow is March 27th.⠀Know how to live!⠀#heartfelt conversation #Psychologistbutuzovayulia #onlinepsychologist #psychologistvomsk #crisis #emotions #fear #anger
