In the article I will try to very briefly define a crisis, outline the stages of its development, and also give a simplified classification of crises. Wikipedia gives the following definition of crisis: Crisis (ancient Greek κρίσις - decision; turning point) - a revolution, a time of transition, a turning point, a state in which the existing means of achieving goals become inadequate, resulting in unpredictable situations. I I define its meaning in one word - dissatisfaction. At the same time, without a crisis there is no development. Therefore, this phenomenon can be perceived as both the suppression of personality and the possibility of renewal. To put it simply, in a crisis of any system (person, family, company, country, universe), four stages can be distinguished: 1. Initial (Ignoring). Decreased mood, drop in energy within the system, minor physiological symptoms.2. Development of the crisis. (Denial and rationalization). Obvious psycho-emotional and psychosomatic reactions (decreased libido, excess weight, irritability). A list of taboo topics appears (sex, money, relationships). 3. Peak (Explosion). Real awareness of the state of affairs. (Yes, only at this stage does the realization come that something is going wrong. At this stage, couples come to a specialist with their problem. This is what leads to difficulties in family therapy, because it is most effective on the 1st and 2 stages of crisis.) Sharp actualization of the situation, stage of acute family crisis. At this stage, both the collapse of the system, the breakdown of relationships, divorce, and its reassembly at another level are possible.4. Degradation and dying of the system. A sharp drop in energy in the system (boredom, hypocrisy, imitation of relationships). At this stage, treatment is inappropriate and impossible. Often, as a consequence, there is a decrease in social status, always accompanied by systemic crises of meaning and identity. Types of crises.1. Identity crisis. When this systemic crisis occurs, there is a violation of the concept of personal identity (loss of self), both at the psychological and physical levels. The feeling of the “inner core” is lost. The result is uncertainty or false self-confidence. Denial of one's nature. Often a consequence of trauma, both psychological and physical.2. Crisis of meaning. I can do anything! But why? “Favorite” questions - Why?, Why? It is as a result of this crisis that suicidal manifestations are possible.3. Disadaptation. Accentuations of character, lowering the threshold of empathy, indifference of interests, defects of the volitional sphere.4. Crisis of unlove. Deep disappointment in people, relationships, life, emphasized cynicism. Accompanied by pronounced personal burnout.5. Crisis of misunderstanding. The individual is disoriented both in his own psycho-emotional sphere and in society. The 3rd position is completely absent (the position of an outside, unbiased observer).
