How to get out of your “comfort zone”? Simple tips to change your life. “It makes no sense to continue doing the same thing and expect different results.” (A. Einstein) There is only one way to start a new life - you need to START it. But HOW to start it and WHAT needs to be done for this is often not clear. And the path to change consists of small steps, by taking which you will move further and further. The “comfort zone” is our usual way of life, our usual behavior, stereotypical thinking, a comfortable state. Accordingly, in order for our lives to change, we must do something differently, change something. Here are some simple solutions to get out of your comfort zone and change your life. 1. New actions. The point is that every day you will do something new, not the same as always. For example, if you are used to drinking coffee in the morning, drink tea. If you usually walk the same road, try taking a different one. At work, move the chair you usually sit on a little differently, etc. These seemingly simple things can make a big difference. You will be able to experience new sensations from the taste of tea, meet new people on a different road, notice something new in a long-studied office, see an unusual perspective from the window. Such simple actions will lead you to new discoveries and ideas. 2. New places. Many people are used to going to the same shops, cafes, cinemas, car services, and going to the same places of recreation. Of course, this is familiar and comfortable. But this will not bring newness to your life. Choose new places for yourself and don’t be afraid to change them more often.3. New people. Communication is one of the important aspects of our life. Meeting new people and the ability to build relationships affects all other areas. Very often, meeting a new person can radically change your life! Therefore, try to meet at least one person every day. If this is too difficult for you, start with a simple smile to a stranger or a good day. 4. New knowledge. Study new articles, read books, get new information more often. It is quite possible that the knowledge you gain will inspire you to do something new, interesting, and you will want to do something that you have not done before. 5. New hobby. Come up with a new activity or hobby. You will get a lot of new impressions, acquire new knowledge, take new actions, be able to meet new people (and it’s always easier to meet like-minded people), and visit new places. All this will absolutely allow you to get out of your “comfort zone” and make your life different from what it was before. And be sure to praise yourself for every small step. Keep a “Success Diary” in which you write down your achievements every evening. This will allow you to track changes!
