From the author: Those who are already fed up with suffering come to the truth. More and more often you can hear about knowing your nature. What does this mean? This means that ignorance of our true reality is tantamount to ignorance of the true nature of our own selves. We can say that our trouble lies in the difficulties of self-identification: we do not know who we really are. More often than not, ordinary people identify themselves with the fragmented and seemingly disjointed phenomenal world of multiplicity, instead of identifying with their True Self. It is hard to try to be limited when we are infinite creatures! Most of us are stuck to non-self and finite egos/personalities. In essence, we are creatures related to the boundless universe. However, we live, suppressed and blinded by the ultimate aspirations of our ego. The result most often turns out to be various kinds of alienation: 1) from others; 2) from the very source of life, from the Single Self. Thus, a person lives in a situation of constant fragmentation, isolation, loneliness. Therefore, our communities, shaped by the belief in our individuality, are torn by crime and civil strife, and we are infected with existential anxiety rooted in concern for the isolated, fleeting self. To break out of this vicious circle. We need to do what was written on the Delphic Temple. But this requires effort (See article: https://www.b17.ru/article/understanding_now/?prt=15255). Or maybe it’s easier to suffer and suffer? Is it easier to suffer??
