The program consists of three steps. 1 STEP Our entire life - our thoughts, actions, relationships - are based on our needs. And whether we are good or bad, whether we are happy or suffer depends on how much we know how to satisfy them. But the problem is that often we are not aware of our needs. We live by the needs imposed on us and accepted by us as our own. While ours, our true needs are sent to the walls of our consciousness and remain unsatisfied. And the first step is that you need to understand your needs. The first step is very important because Strong motivation is very important to achieve goals. And motivation is nothing more than a conscious need. STEP 2 The second important step is setting goals necessary to satisfy these needs. To get from point A (where we are now) to point B (where we want to go), you can lay out many routes . Some will be easier and faster to get to, some will be longer and more difficult, some will be impossible to get to at all. Therefore, as they say, it’s important to hit the bull’s eye. Find the most optimal solution path, set the right goal. 3 STEPS The third step is the path itself. The process of achieving a set goal, which requires time, regular actions, perseverance, focus on the goal, overcoming external and internal (weak motivation, past psychological trauma, fears, destructive attitudes and beliefs, secondary benefits, etc.) obstacles. These obstacles to the person himself, It’s difficult to get through without the help of a specialist. Therefore, what has been started is often abandoned halfway, the set goals are not achieved. Many people simply do not believe in themselves, they have stopped believing in themselves. We stopped believing that something can be changed. It is possible. And much more is possible than we can imagine. We just need to clearly understand what we want, plot the right route and approach the goal systematically, step by step, without changing direction. With this approach, you can, as they say, move mountains, and even more so improve your health, for example, relationships with loved ones, learn to communicate competently , resolve conflicts, find your other half, your favorite job, etc..
