To start towards your ideal life, I offer a small instruction:⠀⠀1. Attentiveness to yourself and others. Be curious, show interest, pay attention to details, look at familiar events differently. Be open to change in your life.⠀⠀2. Use relaxation and self-regulation techniques. This may include meditation practices, breathing practices, affirmations, autogenic training.⠀⠀3. Use your imagination. Imagine the ideal conditions that can only exist in your life. Feel yourself in these conditions as if they have already arrived. For the brain there is not much difference between a real and an imaginary picture. If you start living in ideal conditions, your brain will tune in to them.⠀⠀4. Remember the great power of gratitude. This is a powerful feeling that can take your life to the next level. Make yourself a rule: before going to bed, remember 3-5 positive events of the past day, and thank yourself, other people, and the Universe for this. Do this exercise regularly, and gratitude will gradually fill your life with a new quality.⠀⠀5. Practice creativity. It's not just dancing, drawing, singing. Look at life through the prism of creativity: what can you do differently, how to diversify your life? Creatively do the cleaning, wash the dishes, take a walk. Where will your imagination take you? Or maybe you have long dreamed of learning something new? Make it part of your creativity!⠀⠀6. Inspiration. Look for it from those who are close to you in spirit. Most likely, somewhere nearby there are people who are interested in the same things as you. They think in the same direction as you. They have life experience that can be helpful to you. Together it is easier to move towards the goal and implement projects. Like-minded people are important people who can support and keep you motivated in difficult moments.
