From the author: Notes from the inside and outside. From my own and client experience. 🍁Depressed people are usually: - very independent and responsible - will endure until the last - taking the drug is considered a weakness Not always, but often this is the case. 'Give me some pills, I give up....' This is my little coming out. I've been taking the pills for about a couple of years. I combine courses. Not now. I don’t persuade or “put” anyone on them. Because I simply don’t need the extra responsibility. This is the choice of everyone. But! Note!!! 🌿There is such a difficult moment - something that is a depressive manifestation and prevents you from helping yourself. I can handle. I'm not weak. Perfectionism. Loss of feeling tired. Losing contact with yourself. Often there is a smile on your face until the very end. By the way, a good illustration is the circus act 'Log' with Nikulin. 'We joyfully carry the log' Plus - people often confuse depression and laziness. Laziness is a local feeling, laziness to wash dishes, for example. I'll tell you straight - there will be no '5 differences between 2 months of laziness towards everything and depression'. This is already depression. Here you can throw hats at me, because in psychiatry there are also conditions - volitional disorders, hysteria with pseudoparalysis and pseudodepression, increasing dementia and all sorts of things... ok. Yes. But for the sake of brevity, this is not the norm. The likelihood is high that this is depression, but there may be another condition that requires help. 🍂Don’t traumatize a person with assumptions about laziness, it’s already hard for him!!!! If you add guilt or shame into the mix, you won't help him. 🥀And one more thing - total depressive 'laziness'. In all areas of life. Too lazy to celebrate New Year. Too lazy to put on makeup. Too lazy to meet with friends. Too lazy to have sex. Too lazy to wash. Take a closer look. A person may have nothing to worry about. At all. 'Look, he's too lazy to work!' - no, he has nothing to do with it. And finally - 🌻🌻🌻 what each of us - living people - needs exactly - UNDERSTANDING and CARE 🤗 Believe me, even a warm word spoken at the right time can help. Even one. And one mug of tea☕🍷...😊Happiness is when you are understood. And sometimes that's the main thing.
