Once a scientific expedition was about to go to the Amazon jungle, 10 sq. km. whose forests can contain up to 1,500 species of flowers, 750 different species of trees, 125 species of mammals, 400 different species of birds and countless insects and other invertebrates. It is in this zone that living creatures that have not yet been studied are found. The expedition found only one experienced guide. But at the same time, scientists noticed that the guide was illiterate. He cannot read, write, does not know the Latin names of plants and birds, but calls them in the manner of the local aborigines. But the distinctive feature of the guide was that he walked the entire jungle along and across. The professors walked these distances only by reading books. And so, one night, when a group of scientists were sitting around the fire, one important professor of zoology was bitten on his toe by a small snake. And the conductor saw this. Everyone started running around and fussing. Someone rushed to suck out the poison, someone reached for a hot brand to cauterize the wound. The conductor, without hesitation. He grabbed his machete and cut off the professor's leg right down to the groin. The expedition was ruined and returned back. Despite the fact that the guide tried to explain something, called the name of the snake, he was convicted and given twenty-five years in prison. Seven years passed and this professor, who lost his leg, accidentally came across a book on the classification of poisons. It said that the venom of the very snake that bit him would kill in twelve seconds, unless you cut off the bite site, approximately calculating the speed at which the venom moves through the blood. The scientist was amazed. He suddenly realized everything that had happened. The guide saved his life, but instead of gratitude, he put him behind bars, and even hated him fiercely for all his “atrocities.” It took the professor another three years to file an appeal, conduct multiple experiments and prove that the guide was not guilty. Exactly ten years later, the guide was released. The professor began to tearfully ask this man for forgiveness. To which he only humbly said: “This is the fate of experienced people. I have nothing to forgive you for.” Only a deeply religious person can accept the mistakes of other people that cause him harm. Insulting a person’s Soul is the same as spitting on the Sun with your head up. No matter how much you spit, all the spitting ends up on you.
