Who is more difficult to motivate? Yourself. Soon you will stop noticing the dress on the refrigerator and realize that the money is not real, after which the motivation will disappear. A person is motivated only from within. You must have a sincere desire to change, a clear understanding of what kind of life you want to live, and bursting energy from within that says: “Act!” You should feel bad about what you have now. Only in this way will you begin to imagine the existence that is interesting and attractive to you, which will generate strength and energy for action. The best indicator of whether you have motivated yourself or not are your actions: if you want, but do nothing to realize your desire, then you are not motivated. The most difficult stage, which is sometimes difficult to cope with, is motivating yourself to do something. It doesn't matter if there is work to be done or you are busy achieving a goal, you need motivation - that "kick" or that "carrot" that will help you move and be energetic. How to motivate yourself? Every time you need to imagine the goal towards which you are moving. It is easy to remember that you have not yet achieved your goal, how difficult it is for you to achieve what you want, what difficulties you face. All these dark moments weaken motivation. What can be motivating about something that doesn't bring you joy? Therefore, you need to think about why you are moving somewhere and doing something - about the goal. Every time you feel a loss of motivation, close your eyes, spend at least 10 minutes visualizing your own goal in a realized form, believe in its feasibility, and then think only about where you are going, and not about how hard it is. You deserve to achieve your goal! Feel like a person who can easily achieve anything he wants! How to motivate yourself when it comes to doing your job or responsibilities? You need to think about the end goal, when you will be free and satisfied with the work done. You can be motivated by the results you achieve when you complete your responsibilities.
