Or you can try to talk to yourself, your body, and figure out the causes of your illnesses. Because, I’ll tell you a terrible secret, not a single doctor knows your body, and even more so, your mental experiences and situations, which in many cases cause physical manifestations of diseases, better than you yourself. You need to look for the causes of diseases in yourself. and means of healing. They may object to me, they say, we know what self-medication leads to. And then there are examples of how a man named Petya lived for himself, went to the clinic regularly because his heart was acting up, took pills for hypertension, washed down with Fanta, lived without grieving, and then, when it was time to have heart surgery, suddenly went into denial, took up traditional medicine and self-medication and died three days later. When we talk about helping yourself, your body, we are not talking about the fact that you start doing this when the roasted Rooster pecks, but about the fact that you live in harmony with yourself, your physical, emotional and mental body. You feel the slightest imbalance within yourself and immediately correct it. And then “omnipotent” medicine simply ceases to be of any use to you. Only we ourselves can maim ourselves to death and cure ourselves of a serious illness. If you want to be healthy, cleanse your soul and body, organs and systems of the body, thoughts, emotions and feelings. First, it’s time to listen to the body: perhaps it is already sounding the alarm with all its might. And certain organs hurt not at all because they suddenly “became bad” or “worn out,” as older people like to say. They hurt so much because you did not react earlier to weaker signals that did not initially arise at the level of the body and were soft hints: “Maybe you shouldn’t go to work.” , where you hate everyone? - Maybe, in between the computer, do exercises for your back? But we drive away these thoughts like annoying flies. And here you go, mood swings at this very work, your heart seizes, your back breaks. It’s okay, we’ll get through it. And we hammer a bolt on the body’s signals. We broke through. On sick leave (hurray! Finally, don’t see these women at work!) and to the tomography room with a herniated disc. Still not getting it? Maybe we can lie down with our hearts and think? No, we swallowed the pills, we don’t feel anything, we think badly... We can’t get through... We’ll have to throw something more serious at her, and we don’t have the strength to hold on anymore, well, we’re not enemies! - mutters the body, immobilized by an anesthetic injection. Stop! It's time to take responsibility. And remember that our body is not just a machine for moving and digesting food. And if we treat him with trust and care, then we will hear his signals much earlier, with which he turns to us for help. It’s time to listen to his requests. How to do this? First, accept that your illness is not an evil that you need to get rid of immediately, but a signal, information about something. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe with your stomach, listen to your body, ask it with love and care : What hurts him? What is he missing? What does he want to get from you? And listen to the answer. Ask the disease or the diseased organ: why are you with me? What information are you carrying? Why do I need you? What should I do to make you leave? And wait for the answer. If you are used to feeling yourself, then doing the exercise and getting answers will not be difficult for you.
