And the very first and most important step on the way to the top is acceptance. This applies to everything in our lives. If you want success, accept real life and admit failure. Acceptance is not humility, but acceptance, which means the ability to choose. But if you engage in self-deception, create illusions and constantly convince yourself of what is not there, this is a huge mistake. Self-deception is a terrible enemy of reality. Because you already know that the subconscious perceives everything that is repeated repeatedly. As a result of this, a conflict arises: on the one hand, one believes in the possibility of everything, but even deeper there is other information that contradicts - therefore, in life there is only chaos, throwing from side to side, uncertainty and chaos. And it’s worth starting to put things in order in your life with the mental cleansing. But before cleansing, it is important for us to admit that our heads are dirty, garbage, chaos, disorder... You shouldn’t continue to convince yourself that everything is fine... If you want changes, you want to start living, admit that not everything suits you. Only by setting yourself a task can you find a solution. Only by recognizing the existence of a problem can you solve it. Practical task: 1. What specifically does not suit you in your life? Answer honestly, deceiving yourself is the most pointless activity that 90% of people engage in. Recognition makes you stronger and more confident, etc. Recognition is the first step towards a solution. 2. Describe everything that you don’t like, what you want to change, what prevents you from living, what prevents you from moving forward, what does not allow you to live... Write your view on this question. 3. Try to answer the questions for yourself: why do you wear a mask, why do you play roles? What does this give you? What price are you paying for it? Does this make you happier and more successful? Is it effective for you or people around you?4. And then allow yourself to live, allow yourself to desire, set goals and achieve.
