Remember the famous parable about a broom that cannot be broken when all the rods are tied. This image perfectly demonstrates the importance and necessity of uniting under one idea. Joint activities become the key to successful education, business and just life. But, despite this, some are wary of all kinds of communities, affiliate programs and clubs. It seems to them that it is much more difficult to stand out and be heard among their own kind. Fortunately, this remains just a common misconception. Very often, joint interaction does not suppress talents and individuality, but, on the contrary, creates the most favorable conditions for their demonstration and best use. A new project, idea or plan becomes integral and bright due to the fusion of a variety of people with their characteristics, opinions, and abilities for certain types of activities. Today it is difficult to imagine how the fate of many talented, bright people would have developed if at one time they had not chosen to unite in a common desire to create something special and memorable. In 1982, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana work as assistants in one of the Milan studios. They meet and decide to create a small fashion studio together. The first show of their collection takes place in one of the modest Milanese cafes. Year after year, Dolce & Gabbana is increasingly winning the hearts of fashionistas. Each of the couturiers brought their own vision of beauty and harmony to the joint work. On the one hand, a love of baroque is encouraged, on the other, a craving for retro films. The contrasting combination of adrenaline and at the same time relaxation from the outside hustle and bustle has become their calling card. Now imagine if each of them went their own way. Surely, their independent collections would be simply banal and boring. A huge number of examples of successful unification in a creative environment can be found among musicians. The Beatles - the legendary Fab Four! It was formed in 1960 and in just 10 years conquered the whole world. A little earlier, in the summer of 1957, John Lennon met Paul McCartney. Together they begin to write songs, sing and play. By mid-1960, the final lineup had not yet been formed and was constantly changing. The musicians play rock and roll: rhythm and blues, blues, old jazz and pop numbers, folk songs. The ability to perform and mix a wide variety of styles became one of the main factors in the formation of the group. The result of the joint project of talented, stylish guys was 13 official albums, 6 of which received diamond status, 10 awards from the prestigious Grammy music award, first place in the list of “50 Greatest Performers” according to the famous Rolling Stone magazine, as well as a global revolution in music world. Also, such groups as the Rolling Stones, Boney M, ABBA, Queen, U2 and many, many others distinguished themselves with their uniqueness, magnetism and professionalism. If we talk about more mundane things, then here you can find thousands of examples of successful unification of different people. Hewlett-Packard, one of the largest information technology and cybernetics companies in the United States, was founded by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard. By the way, they had to flip a coin to decide whose name would come first in the company name. Free email service Hotmail - was founded in 1995 by Jack Smith and Sabir Bhatia. The famous American corporation Intel was founded by Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore in 1969, and Andy Grove soon joined them. One of the largest transnational software companies, Microsoft, was founded in 1975 by Paul Allen and Bill Gates. In May 1946, entrepreneur Akio Marita and young engineer Masaru Ibuka opened a small workshop of radio components in Tokyo, and this is how the Japanese transnational corporation SONY was born. Sometimes, to find like-minded people, you don’t even need to leave your home. Your own family becomes that inspiring, reliable partner who is always ready!
