There is nothing to brag about for someone who has learned to extinguish irritation and quickly move on from grievances: after all, irritation and grievances appear in him ...The real owner is not the one who can put things in order, but the one who can prevent chaos in his home.... And in his soul... Learning to cope with your emotions is not as easy as it seems.
