There are three ways of what to do in such a situation. The first is to leave everything as it is. Hoping for a miracle. Worry. Suffer. Wait for better times. Intimidate yourself. Join the social funnel to drain all vital energy. And start a series of losses, starting with health, sleep and the ability to make the simplest but necessary decisions. The second is to try to figure it out on your own. Stop waiting for a miracle. And succumb to the pressure of fears and panic. Start looking for answers. How to keep your energy inside yourself? How to direct vital forces to yourself and your activities? How to continue to remain a resourceful mother, wife, daughter? What restrictions and fears are holding me back? But here we have to face some awkward questions. What am I really afraid of? Loss of property or loved ones? Losing all your prospects or opportunities? Facing the fear of loss on your own is almost impossible. Here it is necessary to outline a plan for how to act if losses actually begin to occur. These answers cannot be found alone. They are hidden deep inside a person. And you need to be able to pull them out of yourself. The third is to go through steps with a mentor to quickly accumulate your personal energy for YOUR needs, and not drain it into the social funnel. Based on the conditions you are in. If possible, free yourself from fears and restrictions. Increase confidence and self-belief. Stop self-destruction. All decisions made out of fear are wrong. They distort reality and perception. They erase a person’s personality. Now it is especially important to continue to pursue your goals. This will help stop the internal struggle with what is bigger and stronger. And what can easily and instantly crush a person. Understand into what fears your attention flows. How to believe in yourself again. How to focus on the present to build on your strengths. Build a personal horizon for the future. This will help you realize that life is not over and it makes sense to continue moving forward in your plans. Having made the appropriate adjustments.
