From the author: A few years ago, before I became a psychologist, I came across the following phrase: in order to improve a relationship with a spouse, you need to understand what he needs and give it. How to understand and what was needed was indescribable. God, I broke my head then - how to understand what he needed? And in general, there is a lot that needs to be done; how can one find out from this diversity, much less give? And I really wanted to improve relations. And then I found other methods. But now, after many years, I managed to understand what it is, what is necessary. This “necessity” - something without which a person’s life is not a joy, lies in the basic needs. I don’t know why, but in some cases due to upbringing, in others due to trauma, and in others due to physiological characteristics, a person has a pronounced need for something. And it can be called a “true” need. Because without having it or not receiving it from our partner, we feel unhappy. And if we receive this from a partner, our unconscious tells us that we are loved. And what else does a person need to be happy? For example, people with low self-esteem need to be praised and supported. Sometimes, in order to raise her, it is necessary that for women a wealthy man of status be nearby, for men - a beautiful woman. There are few such spheres - six. And you need to find 2 true needs. But the main one is one. And if you satisfy only one, but “true” need, and your partner also satisfies at least one, but your true one, you will be happy in this relationship. I think you know that in a relationship we value not so much a partner, but how we feel next to him. This technique will help not only improve existing relationships, it is invaluable when you are at the stage of choosing a partner for life together. This is exactly what we are talking about. I talk at a practical 4-hour seminar “How to choose a man for a life-long relationship.” The cost of which is ridiculous - only 300 rubles plus two webinars on a related topic as a gift. The savings amount to 1600 rubles. You can see details HERE Best regards, Rezeda Buyavchi.
