From the author: Due to the nature of my work, I have to communicate and correspond with hundreds of people every day. We talk about goals, setting, and achieving them. In the process of this fruitful communication, I discovered many important valuable laws, which I am happy to share with you at trainings, in my books, and simply at any opportunity. One of the most animatedly discussed topics is: “Why do many people put off their most important things for later?” The paradox is that a person really wants something, in fact we crave it, but in the process of achieving it he loses all interest in this topic, to put it simply, he is inactive. A natural question arises. Why? Of course, there can be a lot of answers. But one of them, the most important, lies in the fact that a person is inactive due to the lack of a clear and understandable VISION of LIFE. Many, unfortunately, do not have that dream in life that makes the heart beat, fill with strength, take risks and day after day do what is necessary for success. Overcoming this barrier is very easy. Create a clear and clear vision for your life, and you will have ample incentive to do whatever it takes to achieve it. Everything is simple and clear. If you are able to do this yourself, do it immediately. If there are difficulties and you understand that you may get lost, then it is better to do this as part of the GOAL SETTING training. Working according to the program will allow you to build a VISION of LIFE and determine ways to achieve it. And this will be the first, most important step towards liberation from the eternal shifting of important matters to more successful times. And then it’s not difficult to guess what else is stopping us. Many people like to give this quality incredible power that controls their entire life. This, as you might guess, is LAZY! A painfully familiar word and condition. Do you agree? And again the solution is so simple that there is no point in talking about it. To be very brief, this is an ordinary, real ACTION and a transfer of attention to those qualities and states that are necessary to achieve your Vision of Life. We simply pay too much attention to our laziness and indulge its whims. So just start taking action in the direction you have chosen. Laziness disappears only in one case, if you act within the framework of your vision of life. There are simple exercises on how to teach yourself to act when you don’t want to. The first thing you need to do is organize yourself. EXERCISE IN ACTION... When you feel that you are slowing down a little in life and the results are not as noticeable, check, most likely, you have simply slowed down or simply switched to other components of your life. The same important ones, but those that do not lead you to achieving your goal. Start doing a simple exercise. It's called "PRACTICE OF ACTION". The key word is practice. You write simple actions that you need to perform. Several 3 -5 pieces. Hang this list in a visible place. And when you pass by, you read the first item, for example, “WASH THE DISHES.” Your laziness will immediately jump to the surface, but you calmly accept it and just go to work and wash your clothes. In this case, the ideal option is to create a state of pleasure. Once you’ve done the job, go back to your list, read the second point and read, for example, iron a shirt. Laziness will jump up again with his promises to do it later. You just go and do it again. Go and iron your shirt. After that, come up and mark on the list that you did it. And so 3 – 5 times a day. Gradually, without struggle, you will learn the important skill of action, regardless of the fact that your laziness will be with you. It is action that gives the result you are striving for. That's all. But there are still a lot of reasons why you and I stop on the path to our goals. It is important to understand one thing. By defining a Vision for your Life and taking action, you will be able to live the life you envisioned..
