I listened to the feedback from the participants of my course today and I especially remember the answer of one participant. She said that after our work she had more confidence, a feeling of inner support, an understanding of what she wants. But the main thing is a state of openness and trust in people, in the world. From which she began to more actively realize herself. I started my own page and started promoting it, although I put it off for a long time. And to me, as a psychologist, it is important that a person learns to trust himself. We usually define trust as expectations for other people. “I trust Misha because he is a reliable person and will not give up.” In reality, expectations from people are a shaky matter. People can always change their minds, choose themselves and not you, things may not go as you expected. And that’s ok. What then should you rely on? First of all, on yourself. Build trust as self-belief, the ability to accept any outcome and at the same time maintain stability. This is what my client did, who went through a journey of fear of moving forward, because she does not control everything. To a state of trust in the world and the desire to act, try, move forward. What therapeutic steps helped her reach this state? Recognized and responded to general anxiety Reduced control and allowed freedom of creativity, trial and error Discovered the cause of fear and found a resource to cope with it Strengthened internal and external supports Rethought the entire path of life and found strong qualities in it that which can also be leaned on. When a person goes through these stages, he becomes lighter and more stable. It’s easier for him to start acting, it’s easier to survive failure and move on, it’s easier to experience feelings, it’s easier to live. We remove the burden of fear that weighs on us like a stone slab and prevents us from breathing. and then freedom of action opens up. There are so many possibilities in the world, so much you can explore, try, experience. But in order not to be afraid to go into something new, you need psychological maturity and stability. You will definitely have mistakes and failures. The question is, how easily can you deal with them? Give up and stop, or use stress management skills and move forward? To develop these skills, you need to undergo a course of personal therapy. It brings deep personal transformation in all areas of life. You can make an appointment via personal messages, indicating your request and paying for the initial consultation costing 5000 rubles.
