It all depends on the interests and desires of the person. But most importantly, I recommend setting yourself up for positive thoughts every day." If possible, spend less time on the Internet - it’s better focus on yourself. Keep a diary of pleasant events during the day, starting with the question: “what was good in my life today?” In quarantine, there is a great opportunity to relax. Start with simple relaxation techniques and meditation. Daily physical exercises using. breathing techniques followed by relaxation. And of course, doing household chores will be productive and useful: putting things in order in the shelves for clothes, shoes: going through unnecessary things in the wardrobe to say goodbye to them. Do the same with books, cosmetics, accessories, etc. In this new, unusual environment, there is an opportunity, putting gadgets aside, to spend time communicating and spending time together with family.
