So. That is, every day you come to work and from 9 to 6 you deal with staff training. Most large companies have this position, and the responsibilities may vary. The simplest thing is to develop and conduct separate trainings for various categories of personnel. In this case, the trainer works alone. And the demand from him cannot be greater (although they are jointly responsible for increasing the company’s profits). Major companies have corporate universities staffed by a whole staff of trainers. They completely build a system for a specialist to take up a position, train him and continuously improve his qualifications. Such specialists are given great powers (employees are required to participate in their programs), but a lot is asked of them. Among the advantages of such work: there is a lot of work, it is varied and interesting, you are always busy and developing, and besides, the company teaches you yourself. Among the disadvantages is that if you don’t like some topics, you still have to work with them. If you don’t like some employees, you still have to work with them. The second form is full-time employment as a trainer in a coaching company. The meaning is simple - you develop and conduct trainings. The company’s responsibility is to find clients, your responsibility is high-quality and relevant training. Among the advantages: you don’t have to worry about recruiting a group and other organizational issues, and most often you choose your own topics. Cons - you work with those who came. Or the one who ordered. The third form is a freelance trainer. I love this word - freelancer. There is so much freedom in it! And a lot of responsibility... You work as much as you want and for whomever you want. You work on topics that interest you and with people you want to work with. But an ambush is an option when no one owes you anything! You yourself must develop programs, recruit a group yourself, lead it yourself, and resolve organizational issues yourself. (but you also receive the entire salary yourself!) A complex and incredibly interesting option! There is one more section and one form. Young super trainers often start with it. You are not yet coaching for a salary (but if they pay, that’s great) and you teach classes in public and government organizations, in familiar groups, etc. Guys don’t yet think about coaching as a profession with which some people earn their living. Similar things are often done by cool adults and women who have other good jobs, but from time to time they train young people (in their organization or for acquaintances through great connections). They don’t earn money from this, they fulfill their teaching needs) Whatever form you choose, the main thing is to work professionally! However, as in any other profession))).
