Laziness is the lack of desire to do anything. Laziness can and must be defeated, otherwise it will defeat you. In order to cope with laziness, you need to: find its cause, understand where laziness originates; having understood the reason, look for ways to overcome it. So, the causes of laziness: Overwork, fatigue. Your reserves of strength could simply be depleted if you have been working a lot lately. Our subconscious “turns off” energy consumption so that you can recover. This is a normal reaction of the body to any large and long-term stress: physical, emotional, intellectual. Treatment - You are most likely a workaholic, you take on a lot of responsibility and worries. Give yourself days of complete rest. Your body is a car that requires periodic refueling with gasoline. And sometimes you need to fill up the tank - that is, rest and gain strength. I don `t want. The goal that warmed you a week, month, year ago no longer inspires you. You are not sure why you need this and whether you need it at all, and whether you... Uninteresting work, boring people, all this aggravates your laziness. Treatment - You need to gain courage and admit to yourself that this is not your goal. You have finally “grown up” and realized it. Reconsider your life goals anew, with a new vision of yourself and your desires. Do what you like now. Fear. Difficulties have appeared on the path to implementation. Treatment - You do not have sufficient motivation. Sit down and think carefully about why you need this goal. Imagine an image of yourself after its implementation. What you will become, how you will feel, what will change in life after achieving it. And if you formulate it very briefly, then there is only one reason for laziness: a lack of understanding of your needs and, as a result, incorrectly set goals and objectives. You can start identifying your needs with a simple technique: every time you sit down to view the news on VKontakte, or turn on a TV series, or go to the refrigerator for a snack, ask yourself the question: “What do I really want now? What do I need now?” You may not be able to answer these questions right away. But the main thing here is to learn to listen to yourself and your inner world. Some time will pass and you will be able to understand your needs and desires more clearly. And then, starting a business or setting a goal, you will be full of strength and energy, since this goal will correspond to your internal needs.
