From the author: Do you want to receive interesting articles and gifts? Come and subscribe! Hello, my lazy readers! Are you offended? In vain))) In fact, laziness is an amazing thing. Let's figure it out. So, of course, we all guess about the negative sides of laziness: - unfulfilled tasks and obligations - a feeling of guilt for these same unfulfilled tasks and obligations - a terrible mood when you need to force and push yourself Well, maybe something else. What is laziness? State of mind? Souls? Bodies? Think about this at your leisure, in moments of laziness))) And how can you find something positive in this most terrible concept, condemned by society? Let's try. These are the positive aspects of laziness I came up with: - no need to do what you don't want (laziness is a good reason and excuse) - saving time (if you don't want to, I don't do it - you have free time) - no extra energy costs (which can be spend on something more pleasant and interesting) - the opportunity to relax (which we miss so much!) - health is not undermined (I don’t work hard, forcing myself to do something) - good mood (if I’m lazy)) )) - and (I especially like!) laziness is an excellent indicator of my true desire to do something Well, it seems to me that this is a good list!) A few words in more detail. Laziness really becomes a good indicator of several things at once. Firstly, the sincerity and strength of my desire to do something. If I feel overwhelming laziness before I have to go to work, the big question is, do I really like this job? Do I really need her? Does it bring me satisfaction? Or is she in the “it has to be this way” category? After all, we know very well that we can do what gives us pleasure for many hours in a row, without being distracted, without experiencing fatigue, without taking breaks. And, secondly, laziness is a good diagnostician of our physical and energetic state at the moment. We can really be exhausted and tired. And that’s why we don’t want to get up at 5 am and get ready for work, which we seem to like. There are also individual biorhythms - different activities at different times of the day. And how often do we listen to our body? Do we take into account what is best for him? Maybe it’s worth making an effort to agree on changing the work schedule? Everyone will benefit from this - you, your boss and the work as a whole. Or maybe today we should take a day off from vacation and finally get some sleep, stop working so hard? But sometimes we feel like everything is fine - I got enough sleep, I’m not tired, but I don’t want to do anything. What to do in this case? Of course, to be lazy. But only right. How? Absolute laziness to do! Lie down on the sofa and be lazy. Don't watch TV, don't listen to music, don't read a book, don't talk on the phone. ideally - don’t even think about anything! Don't do anything! (after all, this is what lazy people do). After some time, you will find that you have had enough of laziness and are quite ready to take active action. Ideally, you will even feel some impatience - you need to get down to business quickly! How much time should pass? Each one is individual. I don’t know how long you forbade yourself to be lazy and pushed this state away from yourself. Experiment, it’s not so scary))) The world, honestly, won’t collapse at this time!))) And if I still haven’t convinced you, watch the cats. What do they do most of the time? That's right, they are lazy. They lie in a warm, cozy place with their eyes closed, don’t pay attention to anyone and feel great. But at the right second, they are completely collected and ready for a rapid jump. There is no need to fight laziness, be friends with it, it is your assistant, do not push it away from you. And your life will become much more harmonious. Well, for those who want to seriously work with their own laziness and put things in order in their lives, I invite you to the online training “New Order, or Effective organization of space and time in a feminine way,” which will be held from August 1 to August 3.
