No one is forgotten! Nothing is forgotten! People living in the 21st century may unknowingly carry within themselves the fate (negative scenarios and unreacted emotions) of their ancestors. Repressed and forgotten, victims and dead, victims and murderers. This phenomenon is called “identification or intertwining with the fate of ancestors.” Let me explain with examples how this manifests itself: The young man could not cure the mysterious symptom. In a stressful situation, a burning, sharp pain would spread in the center of his chest and back, and he would fall into a stupor. This greatly prevented him from acting and making the necessary timely decisions. In the arrangement it turned out that he carried within himself the fate of one of his great-grandfathers, who died during the Civil War from a bayonet blow. The woman complained of blocked voice and sore throat. This was especially evident when talking with superiors. The arrangement showed the connection of this woman with the fate of a woman from the fifth generation, who was not married for love and committed suicide. The woman repeatedly visited the massage therapist, complaining of acute pain throughout her back. The sessions provided relief for a couple of weeks. Then everything repeated again. In the constellation, it became clear that with her symptom the woman was remembering her younger twin brother, who died on the day of birth. What is happening is based on very ancient, deep, unconscious mechanisms of the human psyche: 1) Loyalty to family members After all, in ancient times, a person expelled from the tribe was doomed to certain death. And to be eligible for membership and security, he had to serve the entire tribe, contribute to its survival, be devoted to his tribe with all his soul and body. A person, born into his family, is, one way or another, imbued with the habits and values, scenarios and stereotypes of this family. They are passed on like a relay baton from generation to generation. This is how family myths arise: “All women in our family lose men,” “All men in the family are weak,” “Beware of pregnancy—the first children in our family get sick,” etc. This is very similar to the fans' loyalty to their club - everyone wears white and blue scarves, and I will wear white and blue. The whole family is wearing scarves of suffering, and I will suffer for the company, I will refuse success. 2) a person’s desire to preserve the integrity of the family. In ancient times, if a tribe's blacksmith died, a new blacksmith was needed. Just like a hunter, midwife, priest or warrior. And the tribe replaced the one who had left with a new one, without really asking the newcomer for consent. It was an assignment that could not be refused. It must be so. One way or another, in the family system, some replaced others, or even sacrificed themselves for the survival of the entire clan, this was a vital necessity. And in the modern world this phenomenon unconsciously persists. After all, for the effective existence of a system, all its elements are necessary. Take a wheel, or even a gearshift lever, off the car - and it’s unlikely to go anywhere. So it is in the family. If you forgot someone or don’t respect someone, be kind enough to take the spare tire out of the trunk - someone from the family will unconsciously play the role and bear the fate of the forgotten one. For example, if a woman does not respect her alcoholic ex-husband, her son, like his father, may show a tendency towards alcoholism, i.e. repeat his fate. A New Look at Things No matter how you look at it, the result is the same: instead of decreasing, suffering only increases. Now it is not just one person who is suffering, but many. The suffering of a descendant is not only useless (the past cannot be changed, it has already happened), but also increases the pain of the ancestors (all my sacrifices are in vain - the descendants suffer, repeating what happened to me). To understand this, you just need to take the position of the ancestor and look look at the situation through his eyes. Just imagine, a grandfather - a war veteran - returned home without a leg, overcame all the difficulties and hardships, saved his life, his family, raised his children, and suddenly sees his little grandson trying to saw off his leg with a hacksaw and.
