How do we usually take care of those who are dear to us, whom we love? We try to feed healthy and tasty food on time, make sure that the person gets enough sleep, rests, dresses for the weather, is in a good mood, and we help him do all the important things on time. And who is the closest person in the world to us? Of course, ourselves! Have you ever tried to take care of yourself like this? To quickly join the new rhythm of life, the good old recipes will also come in handy: Maintain a daily routine Do exercises in the morning Do difficult things first Monitor your health, take vitamins Make a to-do list for the day Add to this You can also recommend reviewing this list in the evening in order to praise yourself for everything that has been done, and not to abandon unfinished tasks, but to postpone them to the next day. Do you want to take up a new creative activity or hobby? Start learning a foreign language? Quit a bad habit? Confess your feelings? Well, it's time! And happy new school year to you! Tips for a freshman: Clarify everything you didn’t understand in a lecture or seminar right away, without waiting for a test or exam. Ask questions to teachers. Seek help from classmates, activists, curators if you find it difficult or unclear. It is easier to solve any problem together. Take an active part in university events.
