When significant events occur in the international arena, the hosts of various information and discussion programs are the ones who get into the frenzy the most. All these proliferating programs are concerned not so much with the essence of what is happening, but with the opportunity to savor the tragic events. Get an objective idea of what is happening by listening to such experts , not easy. They fill screen time on television (radio), disrupting the schedule of other programs. It seems that the purpose of this endless talking about a hot topic is to be heard. A kind of PR for individuals, inspired by a sense of their own importance, against the backdrop of dramatic events. It seems to them that the interests of all people should be focused exclusively on the topic of their discussion. Do these talkers seriously believe that they know more about the situation than the president with his twenty years of practical experience? Can they give practical advice, a reasonable recommendation? No? Then why all these fruitless verbal battles?! Looks like information aggression. Nobody cares about the impact these hectic debates have on people. How do citizens feel when they are instilled with fear and anxiety? To keep abreast of events, regular news is sufficient. Drawing people into a constant discussion of the ongoing drama contributes to the concentration of negative energy in a large volume. What and who benefits from the fact that millions of people sit near screens and are forced to relive tragic events again and again without being their direct participants? Who cares if it negatively impacts their health and mental well-being? There is something to think about here. Purposefully concerned people think less about dissatisfaction with the realities of the present day. They are distracted from the low quality of life, which is caused not least by the country’s weakly effective internal policies. Or maybe those in power want to share responsibility with them for the results of their foreign policy? Don’t forget that people who are in fear are easy to manipulate. There is an expression that is always relevant: “Everyone should mind their own business” . The president and his team must govern the country, ensuring its security and protecting the interests of citizens, and citizens must go about their work and family. Does my position mean that we should step back and remain indifferent to the troubles of other people? Of course not. I believe that it will be more useful to take care of yourself during this difficult time. If possible, provide all possible assistance to the victims. This is what people do. Personally, I am ready to provide free psychological assistance to those who have found themselves unwittingly participating in recent military events. If you have such friends or relatives, you can give them my contact information. I intentionally turn off comments so as not to inflame unnecessary passions and not to contradict myself.
