Who do you think we are? What is a person? What do we know about ourselves? Well, for example, from Orthodoxy we know that we were created in God’s image and likeness. So? So! What is God in Orthodoxy? God is love. I don’t know about you, but I feel warm from the thought that I am the Embodiment of Love. It pleases me. Can you define what joy or happiness is? What is love? No matter how hard we try, some kind of stupidity turns out. Either we don’t take one into account, or we forget the second. It feels like we knew it, we just forgot. And no one reminded us. Now it's difficult. Yes. Only it immediately becomes clear that we are not only our body. And not even so much the body. That we consist of something higher. Maybe it's called love? It is impossible to describe in words. You can touch this, but only through emotions. Can we describe it? No. But we can reveal it in ourselves. Unfold and straighten. And understand that this is our basis, our content and our environment. We are created from it and are inside it. We can feel it. This is love. We are not always in this state. And we miss him. Let's figure it out. No one has canceled cause-and-effect relationships in this world. If a person is now in pain, his health is not so great, or some kind of illness has become attached. Why could this be? It is believed that various unsympathetic emotions were at work here. Resentment, for example, aggression or guilt. Their doing. In turn, what created these emotions? Yoga says it is a habit to react. And the habit itself is an accumulated action and emotion. Tricky? This is only at first glance. And habit arises, as we know, from our repeated actions. Actions are taken from repeated thoughts. Here. We figured it out. And what do we see? Ah, a bleak picture! Our current state is a consequence of our native thoughts. And I really wanted to find another reason for all this disgrace... It was not possible. We will deal with what happened. Well, if we have tracked this chain, then we are definitely able to correct it, modify it and even break it wherever we please. Or we can not tear, but, on the contrary, polish each of the links. You can object to me that if a disease is discovered, then it needs to be treated. Nobody minds. There are pharmacies and medicines in them. There are a sea of doctors. It's the 21st century. And even if the doctors are qualified and the pills are effective, then, without removing the root of the problem, it will return to us increased in size. And it is precisely because of this that it is worth working on yourself when life fails. So, first: when we experience negative emotions, we act to our detriment. Second: if we do not take care to change our reaction, then unwanted situations will become worse by repeating ourselves. We can start with emotions. We will try to control them. The time will come when we will learn to manage them. This will be good. We can change the situation before it gets out of control. Of course, it will take significant effort. We can start right away with habits. After all, our life is made up of them. This is already very good. And, if we can control what we think and how we think, then our work will change our habits. And if we are diligent in our pursuit of happiness, we will be able to work in all directions. With combined efforts, one will pull the other. If we change our thoughts, it will change our lives. We will change ourselves, our current state. We can make our lives more successful and efficient. And here we should mention that the last of the listed methods is possible only from a state of love. This is what yoga assures us. And, if we change our lives, finding within ourselves a solid support of joy and love, then the effect will be maximum. With one blow we cut through all the numerous intricacies and pave a renewed, happy path for ourselves. Love to you! And happiness!
