And so I came to some conclusions. Well, firstly, attention, memory, and imagination develop. Attention becomes more concentrated and stable. The ability to remember and retain information is trained and, what is no less valuable, to use it at the right time, memory becomes much better, and the brain begins to work faster. In the process of hobby, imagination develops very well, and with it creative abilities. And this transfers to all aspects of life. Secondly, fine motor skills develop, dexterity increases, movements become more coordinated and obedient, which can also easily be used in everyday life. So it is better to continue to develop fine motor skills throughout life. Thirdly, such qualities as patience and endurance develop, because very often, in order to achieve the desired result, you have to unravel the product and start all over again, bandage all or part of it. and how can one not develop patience? Fourthly, self-esteem increases. It's always nice to show off a beautiful product made by yourself. And if you have a little experience in this matter, then advise or suggest to a beginner. And how nice it is to give an exclusive beautiful openwork product, made with your own hands with soul. And fifthly, of course, the psycho-emotional state improves: emotional stress is relieved, mood improves , relaxation occurs. Both depression and anxiety can be overcome through knitting. Immersing yourself in your favorite activity, your hobby, concentrating on it, you can always find real relief. One can also add to the advantages of this hobby that in the process of creativity you are not isolated from others, you can maintain a conversation, communicate and even achieve a certain skill in this activity, watching your favorite movie. It turns out that a survey was even conducted among knitting enthusiasts, the results of which revealed that while knitting, a feeling of happiness often arises. Creative realization, relieving emotional tension and stress, improving mental processes, all this becomes available to those who are passionate about knitting.
