Wheel of Life ​​​​​​​We begin to experience true joy from life, confidence and fulfillment when we feel balanced and rich in different areas of our life. This technique is used for analysis, visualization, studying the fullness of life, setting priorities in various areas of a person’s life, as well as planning desired changes. 1. Draw a circle and divide it into sectors. It is usually proposed to divide it into 8 parts: work/responsibilities, hobbies and entertainment, finances, health, love, comfort and personal development (spiritual/cultural/intellectual life), friends and communication, family. But you can edit parts depending on the characteristics of your life. The fullness of each sector is assessed on a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is the center of the circle, and 10 is the edge of the circle, 100% fullness of the sector.2. Rate the level of fullness of each sector on this scale, where 0 is complete dissatisfaction with this area in your life, and 10 is your maximum satisfaction. Paint the sectors to the appropriate level, using different colors.3. Look at the resulting diagram. What feelings did you have? Are the levels of all spheres approximately equal or are there gaps? Does your wheel turn out round? How much area does the figure occupy? Which areas are not filled? Which are your resources right now?4. Mark the desired level for each sphere on the wheel. You can do this in a different color, with a dotted line in the same drawing, or draw a new one separately. There is no need to go to extremes here and outline an exaggeratedly high level; what is important is a realistic movement towards the fullness of the sphere. Notice how you feel when working on the desired wheel of life. Tell yourself: “Looking at the wheel of my life, I think that I should...” From which direction, from which axis should I take the very first steps? 5. Goal setting: now try to outline for yourself specifically what first steps you are ready to take, to start filling the necessary areas. What kind of actions, plans, listen to how you will feel when you expand this area, what will appear, what will give you strength, write down a few of your decisions that you can start. implement soon.
