Therefore, our task is to train your skills so that you can: not get confused, do not panic, apply skills effectively, do not waste a huge amount of resources on this. The simplest and most reasonable way is to make it “remember” Your body, not your head. The body is 110% involved in childbirth, and if you teach it in advance how to act, then it will be able to implement everything. Why breathe during contractions? Breathing is one of the main tools a woman uses during childbirth. Breathing relieves pain, relaxes, nourishes the child, helps the production of hormones that facilitate and speed up the process of childbirth. Deep breathing using the correct technique: 1. Provides the child with oxygen.2. Supplies oxygen to the muscles of the body, thereby producing an analgesic effect.3. Helps a woman relax and gain strength.4. It gives a calming effect. But during childbirth you don’t just need to breathe, as is comfortable for you and as you are used to in everyday life. There are certain techniques that make breathing more effective. I suggest using only three breathing techniques that will help you during contractions. With an extended exhalation, with a forced and voiced exhalation. How to learn? Do you have experience in training any skill (in addition to basic actions - the ability to walk, talk, etc.). Note to yourself during each training of any breathing technique, massage - do several actions times, with a certain frequency, to practice the duration of the skill.
