In conversations with people we know, we can often hear expressions like: “Every woman should..”Every man should/shouldn’t..” People using these turns of obligation in relation to other people are obviously based on rigid beliefs, on the belief that they know exactly who needs to be what and what to do in order to be “acceptable”, that is, in essence, this way. a person, at the moment of utterance, unconsciously shows aggression on a subtle level in relation to a diverse, unpredictable reality, saying what it should be in order to be acceptable, puts himself in opposition to it, opposes it. As a rule, the person using it is in contact with. external reality is imperative, must constructions, prescribes or prohibits external reality to be as it is, which means it avoids full contact with it, constantly “fights” with what already exists in fact, such as it is. People, with harsh judgments, victims of violence from the immediate environment, which formed them, in an aggressive, evaluative and devaluing environment, devoid of acceptance, unconditional love, warmth and emotional stability. In fact, their harsh judgments, demands, aggression, intransigence towards other people - this is introjected aggression from the immediate environment in childhood, projected into the outside world, mixed with one’s own anxiety, pain, fear, suffering. It is not surprising that such irreconcilable fighters with reality (victims of domestic violence) suffer from a mass of psychological disorders, suffer from anxiety, suffer from panic attacks, have big problems in relationships, are unable to reveal their professional, creative potential due to the inability to fully manifest themselves in contact with others, and when trying to manifest themselves, they lose too much energy and become exhausted. With rigid beliefs, value judgments, low levels of self-acceptance, high auto-aggression, the Meditative-Existential approach works excellently, promoting the formation of a meditative, non-judgmental, friendly perception in the client, in which all manifestations, needs, emotions, features find spontaneous, unidirectional, holistic expression, and the outside world is perceived as a completely acceptable given, not requiring permission to be. Thus, a person comes to a sense of internal integrity, which manifests itself in harmonious interaction with other people, and “results” in a persistent feeling of completeness and perfection of his own life.
