Soon there will be another opportunity to end the last year - the eve of the old New Year. I offer two techniques (exercises). One is simple. Suitable for everyone. Moreover, it is metaphorical. Metaphors help to convey thoughts more accurately, more effectively and brighter to the client, and in this case and to yourself. They activate the necessary neural connections, so they act stronger and are remembered longer. Describe your past year in one word. I will share examples. My year is ambivalence. For me, 2023 had many bright, interesting and memorable events. On the other hand, it’s heavy. For one person, his year is gray hair. I had to experience death and the threat of illness. Someone said: “Nerve”, someone: “Changes”. It seems to me that it would be a good idea to make a calendar where you write down such words every year. I would like to wish that your words/years were more positive! The second exercise is not only about completion, it is generally about diagnosing the past and future. And about the person himself. This is an arrangement technique. I offer it for specialists. Or do it at a session with me personally (modified). Work in a group. On four pieces of paper write: 1. Good 2023 2. Bad 2023 3. Real 2024 4 .Targeted 2024Each security is “assigned” by the client. In the planned one, it is proposed to “put” as many wishes as possible. A deputy client is selected in the group. Papers are given to different participants to choose from, with the words: “I ask you to be “this” in the context of me and my years.” Then those appointed line up, the deputy approaches each “year”, we look at who feels what towards whom. Here turns for different realizations begin. Simple, but tasteful - that’s how I would characterize this technique. Someone wants to cross out the bad - forget, and not learn lessons. Someone is afraid to dream, while others, on the contrary, want so much work for themselves, for example, that they cannot carry it away. So we continue to sum up the results of the year and, of course, move forward. Forward to a better future, completing, realizing the past and correctly planning the future.
