How can you determine the psychological state of a person using essential oils? Very often, when I conduct diagnostics with essential oils, clients ask me how I find out about their psychological state, internal conflicts and problems in interpersonal relationships, and most often in relationships with the opposite sex. There is no mystery here. Essential oils primarily affect the limbic system of our brain, which in turn is responsible for a person’s emotional state. Thus, by choosing one or another essential oil as a priority, the human body shows what action it now needs: stimulation, adaptation or relaxation. However, this only answers the question of how, with the help of aroma diagnostics, one can determine the real psycho-emotional state of a person, but does not open the curtain on how with the help of oils you can penetrate into such depths of the soul as the relationship between children and parents, the relationship between men and women. But there is one interesting detail that helps in determining these parameters. All essential oils are divided into groups, which are primarily determined by the characteristics of the smell of the oils, as well as their chemical composition. So among these groups there is a group of male and a group of female oils. And it is precisely the choice of oils from these groups that shows the “core” of possible options for interpersonal relationships that have developed in a person to date. The oils included in these groups are called so because they contain substances in their composition and properties similar to human hormones : estrogen and testosterone. They are called prohormones. That is, at the physiological level, essential oils determine a person’s need for greater femininity or masculinity. And we know that in a person, as in the whole world, there is both a feminine and a masculine principle and they are interconnected. If a woman needs more masculinity (she chooses male oils as a priority), then this can indicate, for example, an absence of her man or about the presence of a man who is unsatisfactory in many plans, and about serious problems in parent-child relationships that directly come from childhood. Such a woman could grow up in a family where emotional closeness with her parents is limited or absent altogether, which leads to greater rigidity and harshness in the behavior of an adult. A man who, for example, chooses as a priority a lot of masculine oils and a lot of feminine oils, may be unsure of his male strength, may have low self-esteem and may have been raised in a family where there was an overprotective mother. In reality, there can be a huge number of options. Therefore, I always draw attention to the fact that it is impossible to say for sure based on a person’s usual sympathy for one or two oils that he has problems in one area or another. It is always necessary to start from a systematic analysis of the data obtained during the diagnostic process and consider every aspect, every ratio of oils in groups in the context of the information that we receive from other groups. Only on the basis of this can the most reliable picture of a person’s psychological state be formed. Write all questions in the comments. With warmth, Roman Kedr
