We often fall into the trap of eating our anxiety. As if chocolate or cookies can dispel all doubts and fears, we happily eat our emotions. This attempt to gain comfort may seem logical: we have a problem, we solve it by getting at least some pleasure from food. But in fact, this leads us to danger. Eating anxiety is just an attempt to run away from the problem, instead of solving it.
