“What you put out is what you get” Amu Mom. I think this concept can be expanded a little! Because a lot of feelings and thoughts are confused and chaotic. And in this confusion, for the most part, modern man, who has little awareness of his behavior, emits the radiation of double standards: The first background of radiation comes from the depths, from what the soul calls for. The second background of radiation comes from automatic reactions and unconscious affects. And what? When? and How it is emitted is difficult to say! In our world: anxieties, phobias, panic attacks - they work in us like switches of the brain or consciousness and their spontaneous shutdown - completely turn off the vision of reality, responsibility for one’s behavior and create new traumas from “wandering in the dark” (I’m exaggerating, of course, but those who have serious panic attacks, I think will understand me). In such double standards, we often offend and do not even notice it - our closest people. From the psychology side, there is a huge amount of work to be done and this is bad news in terms of responsibility for one’s life. It turns out that the human system reacts poorly to “pain” and somehow sluggishly or does not move towards healing at all. Moreover, in some places it even looks like “zombie movements”, when we say “no”, we feel pain. Yes, accepting yourself as you are is always difficult. The technical, helping tools of a modern psychologist are honed to match the “jewelry work of a surgeon” and individual assistance is guaranteed, but as for the public level... What can one think here? What lies in the understanding of one person? Conflict-generating processes arise from sources in upbringing, from inadequate life examples, from clumsy interference in the psyche of a small being (a child) - such participation is harmful and undesirable. Mom, this primary source and path to present and future states, often “carries” a bunch of alarming symptoms. Children who grow up anxiously will inevitably become adults as well. Entering society, an anxious person cannot be autonomous (separate from society), as his anxious state requires (hiding), he is forced to communicate and interact with people. This is where anxiety can show itself in all its “glory.” Namely: reclassify into phonic fear, panic, phobias. The fact is that when entering society, young people (mature people have somehow, at the very least, adapted to their traumas and successfully pass them on to their children) are forced to expand their boundaries and inevitably enter society, but they enter with their “sick sides” ", where the background of an individual influences the background of the team. For example: office, family and in gadget stories. This is the time to mention that phobias and fears distract from the most important thing - a comfortable state of mind. Hence the difficulty of fitting into the communications of society. Psychologists, each with their own practice, successfully establish: -what is truth and what is false. But if the circumstances of a particular person prompt a ready-made answer, then this can be called a preconceived opinion and lack of competence. Moreover, the definition of the state does not give anything. The whole point is to search for meaning, and not to standardly put forward a reason. Removing affect is about asking and answering how this happens and how these anxieties affect, simply bringing a person into working order. Analyzing only individual, real causes, only these inclusions, these disorders provide temporary relief. But a systematic approach is the most important, but longer and more painstaking. The therapeutic temple is the safest place where our consciousness and our psyche rest from overload. Psychotherapy, no matter whether short-term or systemic, cannot harm. She is always for the good. The topics of FAD (Phobia-Anxiety Disorder) are a sector close to everyone. There is no person who is not affected by this topic, indirectly or explicitly. The principle is unshakable: The system of one person is still identical (similar or coincides) with the general system or society. People are engaged in interactions and the organization.
