Every person at least once in his life is puzzled by this question “How to start a new life?” What does he usually do in such a situation? That's right, he opens the Internet. “OK, Google, how to start a new life?” And the search engine produces approximately 994,000 results. We start scrolling: “make a decision”, “start eating healthy”, “get into the habit of getting up early”, “play sports”, “go to training, read a smart book”... Yes, all the advice is about the same. For some They work, some don't. For different reasons. Maybe because we are lazy. Maybe because there is not enough willpower. Maybe because we “don’t really want to”... Or maybe because, thank God, we are all different. And for some, a serious, strict and logical option is suitable. And for some it’s quite the opposite. I was thinking that spring is a great time to have some fun and start a new life. And she came up with “Reverse Advice.” So, let's go from the opposite! Popular advice “Start eating healthy food” (I won’t even bother now what food is correct and healthy). I suggest not eating healthy food, but eating... tasty food! But only really tasty. If you want a cake, then let it be the most delicious of all that you love; if you want meat, then the very best! Don't settle for less. Yes, it is quite possible that the portions will be somewhat smaller due to this, but it will be a real pleasure! Let me remind you that we choose not the most expensive, but the most delicious! We replace the advice “Start getting up early” with “start going to bed earlier.” I urge you not to jump up at your alarm clock at 6 am and go for a run (by the way, we’ll talk about that later), but to go to bed one hour (just!) earlier. But every day. And if possible, in the morning, don’t jump up like you’ve been scalded, but soak up for about 10 minutes. We change the powerful advice “Go in for sports” to ... “undead and cherish your body.” In all available ways - go for spa treatments, arrange them at home, go for a massage (some kind of relaxing oil massage), etc. - only pleasant things! No exhausting and sweat-inducing activities! I propose to replace the recommendation “Do something important” (from fulfilling a dream to volunteering) with ... “have a day of absolute laziness” - so as not to do anything at all! Lying on the sofa is allowed, doing household chores - under no circumstances! No useful activities either for yourself or for others. Complete idleness. And it’s even better to lie in bed all day. We boldly and clearly change the practical advice “Go to a training, a consultation, consult with someone about your life, read a smart book” to “Information hunger” - no outside advice! You are only allowed to listen to yourself. Diary entries and daily sketches of “my mood, state” can help with this. Hold out for at least a week. And if you also exclude the TV... :) Perhaps someone will say about these tips: “Complete nonsense.” That's right, don't listen to me! :) Perhaps someone will say: “That’s cool, I should try it!” Try it and share the results! Perhaps someone will notice that the advice is not so “on the contrary” :) They simply place different emphasis - they give you the opportunity to pay attention to yourself, fill yourself with strength, take care of yourself. And this is a good start to a new life. Well, ready to experiment? :)
