The slowest person, unless he loses sight of his goals, goes faster than the one who wanders aimlessly. Doris May Lessing Autumn is the time to take stock of the past year! After all, there is still time to improve the results. A couple of years ago, to the surprise of my friends, on November 1, I already put up a New Year's tree in my apartment, as a reminder of what else could be completed or added to what was planned for this year. For several years now I have been writing monthly plans and summing up the results of my haircuts for the month, and accordingly for the year! And you know what I'll tell you? I think this is the most effective method of increasing your self-esteem! So, I’m sharing! What is the difference between fantasies or desires and goals? Goals are formulated on paper, and then a plan is developed to achieve them. If your goals are written on paper, then you are one of the 3% of people on the globe who know how to plan and achieve their goals. Since the time of Plato, humanity has known that there are exercises that can help quickly master the skill of shaping desired events. By completing them, you will quickly receive confirmation of how effectively this works, because as Albert Einstein said: “Outstanding personalities are formed not through beautiful speeches, but through their own work and its results.” Therefore, what you need to do is work on implementation your own dreams or at least goals for the next month. After all, the best victory for a person is to conquer himself, but to be conquered by himself is the most shameful and lowest of all. If you have not set goals for yourself for a long time, accumulated your desires, then it can be similar to what if a hungry person ended up in a restaurant where he can do everything without money... Be attentive to yourself and your desires, set goals that inspire you and at the same time they are real and achievable. It's better to set a realistic goal and feel like a winner than to set a challenging goal if you reach 60% of it and feel like a failure. Are you ready to take control of your life and become a real director? Then let's begin! The speed at which we live does not always make us aware of the processes occurring inside us. Therefore, find one hour of time for yourself and devote it only to yourself, devote this time to clearing space for new achievements that will open before you. Just get together. Answer without hesitation, easily, sincerely and truthfully, because you are talking to yourself, and the most important person in this life is you... The only obstacle to the implementation of our plans for tomorrow can be our doubts today. Franklin Delano Roosevelt In order to create at least one desired event, we need to “get” everything that is in our consciousness and subconscious. To do this, simply write down everything you have ever wanted. Be bold, try to be extremely sincere and admit to yourself what you want in your life. try to cover all areas (family, money, relationships, relatives, development, hobbies, recreation, travel, health...) Remember and write down at least 50 points (from buying shampoo to purchasing a car for personal use - everything you have enough imagination for !)Go back to task No. 1 and re-read the list. Cross out everything that is not relevant to you personally at the moment or is not yours at all. Believe me, the “must” and “should” attitudes have not made a single person powerful! This power awakens with the words “I want”, “I can” and “I will”! Take a revision and note what you really want, can do and choose to start doing it today! Write down in order of importance and urgency the things that should have been done yesterday. Think, taking into account the realities of your life, how much time it will take you to fulfill each desire, write it down. Desire.goalTime to completeFinal date for fulfillment
