According to my observations, many people, including businessmen, do not always understand the meaning of such a phenomenon as coaching. Indeed, among the variety of information, new and half-forgotten directions, it is easy to get confused and lose your bearings. In this article I will try to explain in simple words what it is and why it is needed. Because this thing is really useful. Coaching can be used in different areas of life. In our realities, it is more common in the business world. A coach (trainer) works with a client for free, and in a business where everything is measured in numbers, it is easier to understand how profitable such work is. The essence of coaching is that under the supervision and direction of a coach, a person sets and achieves some goal. With certain skills, all or part of the work can be done independently, without the help of a trainer. If you do not yet have a business, or you need dramatic changes in your existing business, then setting goals can take a lot of time. With this request you can come not only to a coach, but also to a psychologist. Under no circumstances should a specialist give any direction as to which direction you should go. Only you are responsible for what you will implement in your life. After you have formulated a goal, the analysis begins. You will be asked to answer questions like these: 1. What will this give you? 2. How important is this to you?3. How can you achieve this?4. What other ways are there?5. How will you do this? 6. How will you know that you have achieved the result?7. If something goes wrong, how will you act?8. What will help you stay on track?9. When will you implement this?10. Where do you start? As you already understand, these questions are the basis for planning. The answers will form a general plan for how you will implement your plan. Not all people know how to plan, especially when it comes to a completely new project. If you are one of those people, then a coach will be absolutely useful for you. His help at this stage is to help you develop a detailed plan for the implementation of your idea. The last stage of coaching is the actual implementation of the plan. 90% of success in business is tedious, painstaking, daily work. People, especially hired workers, get used to the whip hanging over them, and independent work may not work - they will quit the race. The coach at this stage solves the problem of the bullwhip. As part of the contract, you “must” report to him on the results of your work. The main task of a coach is to motivate you to work until you achieve your stated goal. Coaching can be used in the following cases: - you have confusion with goals, priorities, tasks; - you have a goal or some kind of project, but you don’t understand how to achieve it / achieve/implement it; - you need to learn how to plan and spend your time effectively; - you need career advancement / you want to change jobs.
