Very simple, all the pleasant changes that begin to happen in life depend on the external environment and the internal state. Calmness, proper sleep and nutrition, walks in the fresh air. All this leads to the comfort of the body, and therefore to the comfort of the mental state! So, how does the environment affect a person? Probably many have heard the wonderful saying “when you communicate with three idiots, you will inevitably become the fourth.” Communicating with three millionaires, it’s only a matter of time before you become the fourth.” The environment in which a person is located carries enormous potential. That is why it is extremely necessary to communicate and gravitate towards those people who have achieved success, and not to those who spend their whole day on a bench with seeds! Many people are familiar with the “crab effect”, but I will still remind you. If you throw a large number of crabs into a bucket, none of them will be able to get out. They will try to climb over each other while pushing each other down. They will pull each other down. Many people develop complexes: a feeling of shame (how am I going to earn money or live better than Uncle Vasya from my yard - it’s a shame) Demotivation (it’s never worked out and now there’s nothing to try) Fear of change and the unknown. It always changes terribly and a bunch of “suddenly” are born. All this is complex and leads, as many are accustomed to thinking, to a streak of failures and bad luck! So my dear friends, NOW is the best time to pull yourself together. Start changing your life towards happiness. Start changing stagnant habits.
