Before, if I found myself in an ambiguous situation, I tried to tell as many people as possible about it. I later understood why I did this - I had doubts about what to do and it was important to hear many opinions in order to make a decision based on them. But nothing really came of this idea, because after endless advice and recommendations, I became more and more confused and acted, pointing my finger at the sky. Or I went against it, did it through resistance: everything is against it - I’m alone. Now I’ve learned to do it differently. If an ambiguous situation occurs, then it is important for me to understand the values that drive me if I make this or that choice. Follow values or choose between values After all, if there are doubts, then there are at least two options for what to do or what to choose between. At first it was scary - you have to take responsibility for your decision! It’s only mine, not someone else’s. And then it became easier and more interesting for me, because it’s so great to recognize myself, what is important to me, what is valuable to me! Sometimes, of course, a decision based on values is not the most pleasant, but - as practice shows - it is always correct. If you have a situation, in which you don’t know what to do - think about what motivates you when you want to make a decision. What will it be based on? What values of yours will this decision reflect? And in general, what are “values”? They can be material (food, clothes, apartment, money...) and mental-spiritual (respect, fulfillment, acceptance, love, beauty, truth, justice...). Our needs lead us to values. A need is something we cannot do without, and it is the needs that actualize our values through events. Everyone has their own scale of values. What motivates you when you make a decision or don't know what to do? Think about it. If it is difficult to cope one-on-one, then you can contact me for help. I will not give any advice or recommendations - I respect your freedom and individuality. I will simply help you show your values for yourself. But the decision, of course, will be yours
