Are you a talented woman on all sides, but still haven’t figured out what you want to do and haven’t found your purpose? Millions of women, just like men, try to find themselves in various fields and spheres, spending a lot of money, time, vitality and energy on their search. Most of them believe that everything should work out on its own, and those of them who decided to speed up this process think that they will find something to their liking after attending the next training. I also had a period in my life when I didn’t understand what I wanted to do. But perhaps I will disappoint you, No one will answer for you what you should do in your life! As long as you shift responsibility to someone else, wait for an answer from coaches, parents, friends, etc., you live by someone else's rules. After all, whoever is responsible is the one who sets the rules. So, if you do not decide to take responsibility for your desires, realization, and life in general, then you risk spending the rest of your life in doubt and searching for yourself. On the other hand, for a woman, it is completely normal to not be constant in her hobbies - either she is studying English, then the art of decoupage, or she is inspired to master new healthy dishes... But! If you have not mastered any of the things you were interested in, then ask yourself 3 simple questions: 1). What's really stopping me? 2). What am I afraid of? 3). What did not happen that I hoped for when I started doing this business? I suggest answering these questions in writing and as sincerely as possible. And if you are seriously thinking about “finding yourself” in some business, then you still have to draw certain conclusions. What I am saying is that after you answer the above questions, you will have the basis for active work. What you learn about yourself after answering the questions is your topics for steaming, your areas of development that are worth paying attention to. These are also the topics with which it is possible and advisable to go for an individual consultation with a psychologist. Why individual work and not training? The fact is that a psychologist, working individually with a client, relies on the client’s desires and resources. Because the psychologist, in his work, proceeds from the fact that the client is capable and has enough internal resources to solve his difficulties. According to this, the client has no other choice but to take responsibility for his desires, decisions, self-realization, life on himself and begin to carry out small actions in a self-chosen direction. But if now, for some reason, you have no desire to go to a psychologist, then I can tell you how another simple technique will help you make significant progress in finding your purpose. You might think that this is just another wasted piece of paper and an hour of wasted time. I thought so myself until I completed it, and that’s why I suggest you do the same! Don’t worry, you will succeed! And so, 4 steps that will help you find your purpose: 1). As I already said, you need to set aside an hour of time, take a pen and notepad.2). Write down at least 35 things you would like to do. Write everything that touches the strings of your soul. All - especially bold and daring intentions! 3). After you have completed the previous point, choose the 5 most attractive activities for you! 4). Feel which of these 5 resonates most strongly in your heart. Even if you don’t know exactly how this can be implemented in life, but you are very interested in it, then... voila - this is most likely your destiny! And so, you now have simple and effective tools at your disposal - three questions and 4 step technique. Therefore, go and write right now, without wasting time! I’ll tell you how it is: starting to do something is always difficult (I know it from myself). But this is very important. The responsibility lies solely with you. No one will do this for you! Think about this for a second -!
