First, the psychologist needs to fill his cup! The work of a school psychologist includes diagnosis, correction and prevention of unwanted behavior in children. His scope of activity extends to both the school and family space. Often psychologists are so busy helping other children and families that they are sorely short of time on their own. After a hard day at work, returning home, there is only time to check the lessons with your children, fry yourself some eggs and go to bed with the thought that tomorrow you need to finish your work report. And so on every day. The amount of experience and knowledge that school psychologists try to transfer to other children, to other families, sometimes even by 20% They do not apply them in their own families, with their children. That is, by giving to others, we deprive our own. It is often the case that, while helping to establish parent-child relationships in other people’s families, psychologists experience difficulties with their own children. In this case, the effectiveness of the psychologist is reduced to zero. An acute question arises - how to be effective in helping other parents and children, when you yourself do not know how to influence your child to listen and respect? Without consent with the child in your family, and without receiving satisfaction in working with other families, educational psychologists are often disappointed in themselves and are subject to severe psychological burnout. Therefore, I am in favor of the psychologist first filling his cup - creating a comfortable interaction with his growing child, and then, with understanding, effectively helping others. What do you think about this, colleagues? A familiar case? Parents who are dissatisfied with the behavior of their children turn to a school psychologist. School teachers also ask to influence the behavior of disobedient students. And we understand that the child’s behavior has its roots in the family. But how and with whom to organize your work so that behavior correction is effective is not clear. With whom to work, with parents, teachers or students, or with all of them? How to plan your work as a psychologist? If you are a school psychologist and you receive requests from parents and school teachers asking you to influence a child or teenager, this webinar is for you: https://www.crosscoaching.ru/web
