Recently, during my work, I discovered a new mechanism in the psyche. Usually, if a person has some kind of negative feeling that he would like to get rid of, for example, guilt, then work is done with this feeling. The situations in which it manifests itself are worked through, the root causes are sought, perhaps psychotraumas are revealed. But it happens that all traumatic situations are worked through, early memories are restored, and then the work stops. That is, the earliest situation with feelings of guilt has been resolved, and the person seems to feel better, but the feeling does not go away. The first thing that comes to mind is that there is an even earlier psychotrauma that is forgotten (amnesized), and the person simply does not want to face it. I try trance regression based on feeling, and again nothing. It seems that at an earlier age, guilt was no longer so manifested. The shift occurred when I decided to go not by emotions, but by bodily sensations. In a deep trance, what was perceived in the body as a feeling of guilt suddenly turned into fear. And an image surfaced: when the kindergarten teacher threateningly forced you to do something, saying that if you don’t do it, you will be “bad.” That is, on the surface there was guilt for bad behavior, but in fact there was fear of those who are stronger and suppressive. The biggest problem is that this fear was not recognized at all. A feeling of guilt always manifested itself in the consciousness, although it was fear that was dominant there. Until the emotion is recognized, it is impossible to work with it, and any attempts to work through a superficial feeling run into emptiness. It's like weeding - until you pull out the roots, new ones will still grow. Have a good mood!
