I suggest you, friends, to conduct a little art therapy research right now. Let's assume that our happiness consists of small moments. Like a painting. Remember or look at some painting that you really like. A picture that fills, from which warmth and joy spread inside. Take a closer look at it. Even if it is only in your imagination, consider what this picture consists of. What details fill it, what colors. How do you feel about them, do you like these details? Are all objects and colors equally intense and joyful? And if you take an imaginary magnifying glass and look at your picture in even more detail, you will be able to see strokes, strokes and very small dots. Or pixels. And look how different they all are. Each speck has its own mood, its own intensity. And, you can notice that they all live their own lives, each has its own character, its own light and its own shadows. And then step back and again embrace the whole picture. Does the painting have some kind of unified mood? Does it continue to please you? Or do you have an additional feeling, perhaps depth? And I suggest you go even further - look at what’s around the painting, where it is, in what space? And, Perhaps you will notice that the space seems to be starting to be illuminated by this picture. Now pay attention to yourself, your feelings, your mood. Have you become lighter from contemplating the picture? And, you can go even further. Now you yourself can be that filling source of light or joy, or peace. Depending on what feelings you filled yourself with, you will begin to spread this state around. Accordingly, your life will be in this state. Of course, a lot depends on what “pictures” we begin to concentrate on, what we fill ourselves with , what we will focus our attention on. I suggest that in the coming days you try to find exactly what will fill you. These could be paintings, objects, music, people, smells, light spots or something else. And feel how, by absorbing and filling, you yourself become a source. And this makes you even brighter. And I invite those who want to get to know art therapeutic techniques more deeply to come to me for a free consultation on art coaching.
