To begin with, it is important to find out, clarify and understand where your energy goes, where it merges. Every person has a lot of energy, including creative energy, a lot of desire to do something that can improve the quality of life and help self-realization. What blocks energy? Eternal anxiety and fears associated with the fact that we are afraid of being assessed incorrectly, and our work results will be incorrect. We are afraid to take responsibility, we are afraid to make mistakes, and this all works like a block. Sometimes we may do the wrong thing, something imposed, and, accordingly, not enjoy the activity. When we don’t enjoy an activity, the psyche says: “I won’t do anything in that case!” So, the first step is to figure out what is blocking the energy, what you are afraid of and afraid of. Another possible cause of the block is the devaluation of one’s own work, emotional investment, and daily activities. The emotional component is often devalued. For example, you were too worried about the project, you put your soul into it, and after working for only an hour or half an hour, you felt that your strength had run out, but not because of your hard work. All efforts and the desire for perfectionism arise from the fear of evaluation (someone will come and say that the work was done poorly). In our head there is always an image of a parent (mother, father, grandmother or grandfather) who assessed the lessons completed, how well the verse was learned, whether the examples and problems in mathematics were solved correctly, whether we understood the assignment given in literature well. And this image is with us all the time, you hear comments in your voice, but the attitude towards yourself remains the same. It is this attitude that needs to be found and eradicated, not allowing your thoughts to develop, stopping your own desire to evaluate yourself. Evaluate yourself only from the point of view of whether you enjoyed the process of completing the task, and then you will have an order of magnitude more energy, because the block for pleasure will be spent. A block to pleasure develops as a result of relationships with parents - either we are afraid that we will get negative for pleasure, or there is a feeling of guilt (I have fun and enjoy life while mom or dad work so hard and hard) when they were reproached for pleasure. There is also a feeling of guilt when a person believes that he has no right to pleasure (“When I experience pleasure, I excitedly tell something, jump, rejoice, become noisy, and my parents cannot stand this behavior”). After working through all the blocks, there will be no need to replenish energy; it will be replenished independently from sleep or some pleasures in life. Accordingly, having dealt with the prohibitions on pleasure, you will calmly allow yourself to experience pleasure (take a walk on the street, in the park, meet friends, drink a cup of coffee, eat something sweet).
