Try these practices, and it will become easier for you: Stay in silence for five minutes, take a comfortable position, focus on your breathing, try to remove the flow of thoughts. Just you and your breath. Take your mind to a place where you feel comfortable and calm: in your parents’ house, in your grandmother’s village, in the morning forest, at the sea. Think about where your place of power is? Remember a happy moment from the past. What was it? When your face glowed with joy, there was warmth and delight inside. What was happening at that moment: something worked out for you, you are together with a loved one, you received a long-awaited gift in childhood. What was your happiness that you remembered? Smile, feel the feeling of this joy inside. Dream. Think about what happy moment you wish for. Imagine in detail: where you are, who is next to you, what you are wearing, what is happening around you, feel your emotions: joy, fullness, excitement, delight. Say a supportive phrase to yourself, for example, “everything will come true,” “I’m happy,” “everything is fine,” “I’ll succeed.” Feel confident that this moment will come. Look out the window, take a closer look at what is around you, find five positive moments that you like: the weather, the trees are beautiful, your favorite store near your house, a cute dog. Keep your focus on what evokes a positive response in you, what is pleasant, convenient, good for you. End your practice with words of gratitude for the wonderful moments in your life, and thank yourself for taking the time to support yourself. These simple practices will help you get back into a good mood and gradually teach you to focus on the positive. And look for the positive in everything and everywhere. You have the power to manage your own condition. It is your choice to be sad or happy. Choose a state of joy and maintain it. Soon you will notice how the world around you has changed, in fact, your view of your world has changed. I sincerely wish this for you!
