You are an expert, author, speaker, consultant, or are part of an expert community and have decided to start your own video blog. This means that you have automatically taken on the risk of exhaustion and burnout. Moreover, with each new video, the probability of this event approaches 100%. It cannot be avoided unless you use the tricks that will be discussed in this video. When you definitely DO NOT burn out as an expert: firstly, you always have something to say, because there is a source of ideas and thoughts; second, you create high quality content: an expert cannot dance on TikTok all the time; third, it’s easy to create content, you spend a minimum of time and money; fourth, inspiration, passion, interest in the topic will last for a long time. The intersection of these four factors gives birth to an endless blog that is not ashamed to share. But we still have to get to the promised land. Not many succeed. Therefore, before we move on to the tricks, let's discuss how burnout occurs in the case of running an expert video blog. There are two roads, one outcome, two roads. In the first case, for 4-6 months, with enthusiasm and discipline, you write your blog on some topic in your specialization. You have it, and I welcome it in every possible way. Depression, investing in American stocks, family law, lip augmentation. Substitute yours. And by the 7th month you notice that each new video is more and more difficult than the previous one. And at some point you realize that you spend more time, energy and effort on blogging than on consulting a client, your main activity. You get disappointed and quit. This road is called “running out of strength”, you are tired of inventing it. On the second road there is approximately the same scenario. For 4-6 months, the muse leaves you, inspiration runs out and you jump to another topic. Why not, your modality and experience allow you to solve these client problems, why not make a video about them. And if you have depression, go to family counseling. Then on how to get over a breakup. Next, how to get married. How to seduce a millionaire. Earn a million. Buy - sell Bitcoin. Well, you see where I'm going with this. You suddenly realize that you have ceased to be a consultant, an expert, but have turned into a blogger and are not averse to posting the next challenge on Tik Tok. And here you either get disappointed and quit again. Or you accept your new role and feel comfortable in these circumstances. This road is called “running out of inspiration”, you don’t know what to write on the topic. And to prevent this from happening, so that your blog lives for years, we use 4 tricks. The first is to sharply reduce the amount of content, but due to the released energy, significantly increase quality of content. You will only benefit because the audience perceives quality content better, it has a greater potential to become an information virus, and there is more trust in it. But you have to be honest with yourself: if you've reduced the amount of content, it's still worth spending a little more time producing a single piece of content, otherwise the quality won't come from anywhere. The second trick is to do your research. Developments, investigations in their specialization. Not for show, but to really invest effort, time and resources. Why is this beneficial to you? Because you are already doing this, this is your topic. By deepening your knowledge and opening new areas, you improve the quality of your services. But what is important for us is that you get an almost limitless source of new conclusions, facts, observations that you can transfer into video. And how much time you spend researching, so many ideas for the video you will have. And the risk that you will eventually burn out, write out and have nothing to say is minimal. The only difficulty is that the research will still have to be carried out. But on the other hand, it’s interesting to you, why not. The third trick is to create your own podcast, where you invite other professionals from your industry, related fields, or simply interesting people./
