From the author: I apologize for the length of this article, but I couldn’t make it shorter. I hope that it will help you decide what, what problem, what kind of request or question can you contact a psychologist for consultation... All human problems can be divided into two groups: those that are experienced as internal and those that are experienced as external. Problems are also divided according to the severity of their experience: from unbearable to almost not disturbing. But the most important definition of problems is by their dynamics (changes): some problems increase (positive dynamics), others decrease (negative), others will disappear over time (due to circumstances that do not require your participation - for example, the boss will retire, you can be patient his “tyranny”), the fourth tend to multiply new problems, the fifth suddenly “fall on his head.” If a person decides to analyze his problems (it is better to do this work in writing) based on their dynamics, then he will reduce his list of “real” problems - for by excluding those that are decreasing and disappearing (some of the sudden ones can also be discarded - if a comet crashes into the Earth...). Now the list of the remaining categories (growing, multiplying and the remaining sudden ones) can also be reduced by those that will not be included in the number of concerns - even if these problems reach a maximum in their dynamics (in order not to be deceived, it is better to consider the most “black” forecasts). You can also exclude those that a person cannot solve (for example, the shallowing of a river due to climate warming, etc.) The next step in such work is to determine the ways in which you can solve each problem. And also - do you have the strength, means and perseverance for this? It's better to create a separate table for this. In the first column you need to place the problem, in the second - the consequences if it is not resolved by a certain date, for which you can allocate a third column. In the next - a way to solve the problem, in the fifth - how much effort is needed, in the sixth - what means (finance, tools and materials, etc.) are needed to solve it. Seventh - how much perseverance and in what form it should be manifested (this is important!). In the eighth, you can set a start date for action. In the last column of the list we enter the result - the result that should be obtained when implementing what is planned. Your task when writing is to ensure that it is clear (until you clearly feel) that all the embodiment in the graphs is real - for you (and not for someone else!). Those. – You must feel that you will solve the problem yourself (relying on someone else is only possible if you manage to conclude a contract - with permissible penalties, the amount of which will reimburse you in full - is not a solution to this problem). If the result does not satisfy you, you can make several more attempts - choosing other methods or means. If there are still problems on the list that you cannot solve yourself (it is better not to deceive yourself about this) or with the help of other people/organizations. And you admitted this to yourself, now you may be ready to try to take a new path in your life - contact a specialist in the human psyche. For a person of modern society in the space of the former USSR (where there were never any psychologists, and one could only study at school or institute), this is more than a heroic act! But don’t rush - first you need to separate psychological problems from non-psychological ones. Some problems may indeed turn out to be not purely psychological, and maybe not psychological at all. Where there is doubt, it is best to consult with specialists in various fields. It happens that the same problem can be solved in different ways. For example: a woman with a child cannot live in the same apartment with her own mother. The social way to solve this problem is to travel to different apartments, and the psychological way is to change the attitude of these women towards each other to such an extent that/12484/
