From the author: Many of us have heard the expression psychological age, many know that health always depends on emotions. Sometimes we feel like we are 20, and sometimes we feel like we are 80. We are helpless, like children, and sometimes we become too vulnerable, like old people. Miracles? I'll tell you a story that still remains real MAGIC for me! While vacationing on the Black Sea shore, I met Elena. In the evening at the hotel over a cup of tea we talked about this, that, and women’s things. Lena complained that either 20-year-old boys or 75-year-old grandfathers were looking for her attention. Lena was 42. At that time I was just taking my first timid steps as a psychosomatics specialist. Therefore, she suggested investigating what was going on. And I chose the technique of working with the Masculine and Feminine principles. (I love working in this technique. It’s amazing how a person transforms by studying himself.) It was surprising for both of us that when Lena imagined herself as an inner man, she felt like she was 70 and a penny years old. She completely changed at that moment - her eyes dimmed, and the wrinkles became more noticeable, her back bent, as if from the weight of the years she had lived. When my client moved to another chair, into the inner woman, she instantly transformed. Such a mischievous expression appeared on her face, as if in front of me there was a completely girl who wanted to jump, run, wear frills and bows, fool around and laugh. Here Lena felt like she was only 20 years old. What kind of relationship can a 70-year-old man have with a 20-year-old girl? He's old enough to be her grandfather... It's very difficult to live when you feel like two such different ages at the same time. It's clear that we won't put on outfits that we've outgrown for a long time and we won't age ourselves without good reasons. Lena added age to herself, fearing that her words will not be heeded. And she grew young, fearing that being old meant being unnecessary. When we finished work, Lena felt emotionally like she was 42. A woman sat in front of me, beautiful in her way; her eyes radiated happiness and joy, a special depth and peace was felt. Saying goodbye on a hot August evening, I still didn’t know that the story would continue.. Imagine my surprise when the next morning Lena joyfully announced that an hour after work her female cycle had resumed. It turned out that a year ago doctors diagnosed her with “early menopause”! And in the morning, after our meeting, my client was young and happy again! Real Magic! About how we create “diseases” for ourselves, about the fact that our body surprises with its ability to recover, about the fact that in an hour a person felt 20, 70 and 45 years old. And he chose the age at which he feels more alive!
